- Maya Patrons / regular visitors of Maya Hotels would be facilitated with Loyalty Privileges.
- Being part of Loyalty family...
- Patrons who have been regular in past years would be issued Loyalty Privilege by Hotel administration directly on invitation.
- Other guests would be eligible for registration against a minimum billing of Rs. 1000/- on a single sitting.
- Interested and eligible guests would be required to fill in the application form as part of registration.
- No discount offered/given on the day of registration.
- Loyalty card can be collected on the next visit within 30days of registration.
- Base discount of 10% would be given on the day of collecting Loyalty Card/first visit after card collection.
- On repetitive visits within 30 days of last visits, discount slab gets automatically upgraded to next levels on accumulated spending of Rs. 1000/-, i.e. to 15% & 20% simultaneously.
- For visits between 31-60 days from last visit, the discount automatically drops down by one step i.e from 20% or 15% to 10 % & 10% to 0%.
- In case of no visit within 61 days from last visit, discount drops to 0% from 20% & 15%. That day's visit would be counted as re-registration and the cycle to continue thereon.
- Loyalty card can be used in both the hotels at Chandigarh and Jalandhar.
- Discounts are offered on all the hotel services except Banquets, Special Priced/Packaged Offers (e.g Ladies Kitty) and special days.
- Discounts are eligible on tables with lesser than 10 pax.
- Physical possession of the loyalty card is required for swiping. System won't take discounts without card swipe.
- In case of non submission of card, neither any discount can be given nor the visit be counted.
- Room Privilege: Eligible food discount + 10% additional discount on room tariffs.
- Loyalty Privileges cannot be exchanged or clubbed with any other offer/s.
- Discount slabs can be changed without any prior notice, on company's discretion.
- On Birthdays or anniversary of the registered guest - guest can avail 25% discount and œ kg complimentary cake. Booking of table needs to be done in advance of 4 Hrs.
- Only one visit in a day would be registered in the system. Though discount would be processed on every visit as applicable.
